Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pit inspection of land clearing and top soiling activities, ensure contractors to optimize topsoil recovery. Monitor and analyze actual wall position and dump face position and report to Mining Contract Operation Superintendent to ensure all geotechnical recommendations are applied. Also identify any contractor activities impacted to the financial loss to KPC.
- Communicate with contractor authorized personnel to ensure all the action plan of environmental issue was taken. Close work with KPCenvironmental department in monitoring and inspection environment issue impacted by contractors.
- Provide weekly of all the operation activities and projects related to contractors activities. Also provide and analyze record of any day work activities and give feedback to KPCdepartment when necessary.
- Evaluate contractor short term plan and identify any loss or gain impacted to KPC. Conduct and review contractors mine schedule and forecast.
- Coordinate with other department (Mine Planning, Geology, Environmental, and External Department) to do joint pit inspection and coordination regularly to ensure efficient contractor activities interface with KPCOperations.
- Conduct projects as requested such the cost impact of low wall and high wall cutback, dump balance and OBhaul distance, pit dewatering.
- Provide and analyze the usage of Fuel and Explosive by contractors.


Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications (S1) in Mine Engineering with a minimum 4 years experience in mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to think laterally and to be able to innovate.
- Demonstrate practical conceptual skills.
- Understanding of continuous improvement practices.
- Understanding of financial analysis methods.

Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative support activities within the GM/ Manager's office, and Division/ Department such as communicating by phone, facsimile and email; handling document (filling, typing, recording and sorting letters, memos, reports, copying and/ or binding documents), preparing presentations, and operate office equipments (such as video conference, teleconference, projector, scanner, photocopy machine, facsimile, printer, etc).
- Monitor and order office supplies/ equipment which supports the GM/ Manager's office operation.

Basic Function of Position
