Job Description
- Conduct and coordinate with related functions in the preparation of Duty Description & Description of Position Assessment
- Compiling Kode Bagian Organisasi (KBO) for the entire of Managers and above which is used for administrative and correspondence.
- Draft & review the position nomenclature to match with the guidelines and policies.
- Draft the position layering, determine the position classification, position location to be an organizational instrument that will be the SAP system input.
- Ensure the organization along with the accessories (KBO, layering, location of office, position classification, cost center) has been inputted into the SAP system.
- Coordinate with related functions within manufacture cost center and budget for new organizations/ organizations which have a change.
Job Requirement
Education:
- Possess Bachelor (S1)/ Master (S2) degree majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Psychology/ Management
Capabilities and Competencies:
- Understand the processes and stages of UTP & UPJ preparation.
- Understand about Human Resource Development/ Human Resources Management fields overall.
- Able to perform Job Analysis and Job Design.
- Understand the process and stages of HR Module in ERP Systems/ SAP.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in the field of Organizational Development and Competence Design.
