ADM0012 – Receptionist Jakarta
Responsibilities:
To provide reception service, use the telephone receiver, responsible for all incoming / outgoing mail, documents, etc and distribute it as necessary, arrange conference room bookings, and operate computer
Requirements
- D3 Degree from the Administration / Secretary program or similar
- At least three years clerical / receptionist experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum two years experience in a commercial business office preferably within the mining industry
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
